Meditation

Vipassana Meditation is an advanced meditation technique that uses the “Fire Element” of the body to burn toxins and impurities, from both the Mind and Body.

The World we live in is full of toxicity, from all that we consume, including Food, Water, Air, prescription medication, alcohol, social media, news, 5G electro-magnetic waves, and unlimited connectivity to the internet. “You are what you eat”.

To truly purify Mind and Body and Heal at the Core – requires entering a Meditation Retreat, returning to Nature, and disconnecting from the World and the Internet.

In this way the Body and Mind and Soul can begin to heal and detoxify, resulting in a strong Mind and Body.

Vipassana technique “digs “ deep into the mind, to burn impurities, karma, and toxins that are likely manifest as physical ailments over time. This is “Healing at the Core with Vipassana”.

The Vipassana is a 7- day course. It is a silent meditation retreat, provided by the School of Life Foundation. The Vipassana course is “Free of Charge including food and accommodations. Students wishing to enroll in the course are required to commit to the entire 7-day course.

Those joining Vipassana course can expect this to be a transformative and life-enhancing experience. Students typically feel lighter, brighter, happier, more connected to and harmonious with nature, and free from stress, anxiety, and depression.
